Once you've navigated into a particular forum, for example "Community Site Issues", there is no way to go back "up" to the list of all forums. You have to click on the Forums link on the left-side of the page, which for me requires scrolling to find it. There should be a link at the top of each forum section that brings you back to the forum list.
