Hi,

anyone with experiences with Huawei equipment?
If there is no adapter available, I will try out the video tutorial http://www.ziptie.org/videos/create_an_adapter.html to create one.

Oliver,

We don't have a Huawei adapter yet - so you might have to create one.

My best guess would be to take the IOS adapter and tweak it as the
Huawei interface is very similar to IOS, I think there was even a
lawsuit against them by Cisco - as they had the same bugs as IOS ;-)

Let us know if you run into any problems, we would be more than happy
to help you. Also, the best way to get help on such issues is by joining
the IRC (http://www.ziptie.org/irc) - there will be somebody from the
development team always hanging around the IRC.

And finally when you have the adapter ready, it would be great if you
could contribute it back to ZipTie via ZipForge.
