ZipTie Support Agreements
ZipTie is a robust network configuration management platform with many potential applications in a production network environment. ZipTie was designed and created by an open-source community with a focus on extensibility (supports many different types of devices) and ease-of-use (seamless out-of-the-box functionality).
As with any piece of good software, there are configuration, support, troubleshooting, and customization questions that come up from time to time. If you are running ZipTie in a production environment, you may need a bit of expert advice on a specific problem and not have the time to post to the ZipTie forums. If ZipTie is playing a mission-critical role in your organization, it makes sense to have support available just in case.
AlterPoint Inc., corporate sponsor of the ZipTie project, now offers professional support services for ZipTie. You will have direct access to AlterPoint's seasoned support team and ZipTie's core developers when you need it. AlterPoint's support agreements are priced on a per-device basis and are considerably more affordable than other comparable products.

| Toll-free telephone support available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays |
| Daily status updates for severity 1 items |
| Pricing: $13 per device per year, minimum of 500 devices |

| Dedicated premier toll-free number |
| Pager support for critical issues, available 24 x 7 x 365 |
| Up to 6 hours per month of developer support that can be used for adapter, plug-in, or scripting assistance |
| Quarterly customer care call to review all open technical support cases, customer enhancement requests, and customer satisfaction issues with a Technical Account Manager |
| Pricing: $15 per device per year, minimum of 500 devices |
